Kaitlyn Shaffer is the Program Director of the STEAM Technical Assistance Center (TAC) with the West Virginia Public Education Collaborative at West Virginia University. She provides executive leadership for the STEAM TAC through strategic planning oversight, grant development and management, fiscal stewardship, data reporting, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure program performance, accountability, and long-term sustainability. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in higher education and public-sector initiatives, she brings deep expertise in program administration, budget oversight, compliance, and team supervision. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University.
